I've spent over a decade in the barber industry. I’ve worked on commission, booth rent, a private suite, and ultimately built a barbershop that's produced numerous six-figure barbers. I've worked just about every model this industry has, which means wherever you're standing right now, I've been there.
I don't just teach barbers how to cut better than most of the industry. I teach them how to think about the industry: how to build a business that's actually profitable and sustainable, and how to build a real future through hair.
This isn't some online course. It's a relationship.
Courses teach you technique. Mentorship is where we build the business and the mindset around it, together. Pricing, systems, brand, retention, and the way you carry yourself as a professional. This is selective and high-touch by design. I only take on barbers I know I can move forward towards their unique goals.
