Most barbers are just Surviving.
i was too.
I'm Tyler Carlson. Barber, educator, and entrepreneur. I spent 15 years behind the chair, built a multiple six-figure business, then built and still operate a profitable commission barbershop in Massachusetts that has produced numerous six-figure barbers. Barbers who built their income inside the system I created. Then I relocated to Southern California to rebuild from zero and document every step. I talk about technical skill, business building, and self-development from the perspective of a barber who lived the trap, broke out of it, built something real for himself, and then built it for others.
the trap most barbers are stuck in.
Most educators teach you how to cut. Most business coaches teach you how to charge. Neither teaches you that mastery without systems leaves you overworked and underpaid. And systems without mastery leave you forgettable.
My education exists because those two things were never separate. Discipline is the bridge.
